Product Change Notification Statement

1. Due to normal process variations and capacity constraints, Fair-Rite reserves the right to make process and product changes without notification with the knowledge that the form, fit, and function of the parts are not affected.

2. Fair-Rite dual sources our raw materials to ensure consistent supply of product. Notwithstanding, all our raw materials and manufactured products will continue to meet specifications.

3. Fair-Rite will provide product change notifications when changing the country of origin. However, in an effort to mitigate production risks we do operate different manufacturing locations in order to ensure consistent delivery of our products.

4. Due to upgrades in testing equipment, Fair-Rite may update product specifications periodically even though the product performance remains unchanged.
