Thanks to our loyal customers, Fair-Rite has been Your Signal Solution® for the past 65 years! As you may have read on Our Goals page, we strive to ‘Improve Customer Satisfaction.’ Fair-Rite is committed to providing the highest levels of customer service. To ensure we are fulfilling this promise or to identify areas for improvement, we have created a customer satisfaction survey.

Fair-Rite takes pride in our high customer satisfaction results. We are pleased to show our customer satisfaction is consistently over 90% over the last 5 years!

The Customer Satisfaction Survey is based on a 12 month period, reevaluated at the end of each quarter and updated yearly.

Fair-Rite sends out a customer satisfaction survey after every purchase and delivery. If you have not received the survey, please feel free complete the customer satisfaction survey.
