Thanks to our loyal customers, Fair-Rite has been Your Signal Solution® for the past 65 years! As you may have read on Our Goals page, we strive to ‘Improve Customer Satisfaction.’ Fair-Rite is committed to providing the highest levels of customer service. To ensure we are fulfilling this promise or to identify areas for improvement, we have created a customer satisfaction survey.

Fair-Rite takes pride in our high Customer Satisfaction results. We are pleased to show that from 2016 to 2017 the percentage of satisfied customers has increased!

The Customer Satisfaction survey is based on a 12 month period, reevaluated at the end of each quarter and updated yearly.

Fair-Rite sends out a customer satisfaction survey after every purchase and delivery. If you have not received the survey, please feel free complete the customer satisfaction survey.
