    The purpose of this topic is to provide an open forum to allow users of Fair-Rite’s products to share information, opinions, and experiences about mobile devices as applies to Fair-Rite and ferrite products. Being that mobile devices are so small and compact by design, there exists little a consumer can add to devices to supplement or enhance performance. Wireless operation of these devices mostly precludes the need for interconnecting cables, where ferrites will most often be applied by the consumer for the purposes of EMI suppression. But, being that mobile devices function by transmitting and receiving “radiated signals”, there exists the possibility of transmitted interference both as a source and as a victim. Ferrite discs and sheets are utilized for wireless device charging systems, but these are designed in by manufacturers.
