A supplier scorecard is the measuring system companies use to evaluate a supplier. The scores that are generated from this process measure overall performance. It is a factor in determining the relationship level with the supplier and in most cases, influences the awarding of new business.

On average, the main focus points to most scorecards include: On Time Delivery; Quality (Rejects, etc.); Overall Lead Times, Communication (portals, emails, etc.); and Pricing Structures – all comprising an Overall Score.

The score card(s) shown represent a sampling of 10 companies over a 12 month period.
